Solution Provided
For this development, Connect Infrared carried out a detailed assessment of the 9 properties and designed a custom heating solution tailored to each home.
Key elements of the solution included:
- Premium Aluminium Infrared Heating Panels:
The properties were fitted with Connect Infrared’s high-performance aluminium infrared panels, known for their efficiency and sleek design. These panels provide direct radiant heat, warming the occupants and objects in the room rather than the air, resulting in quicker, more consistent heat distribution.
Water & EV
- Mixergy Water Cylinders:
In addition to the infrared heating panels, Mixergy water cylinders were installed in all 9 homes. These cylinders use smart technology to heat water more efficiently, reducing energy consumption by only heating the water that is needed, which complements the overall energy-saving approach of the project. - EV Chargers:
As part of the council’s focus on sustainability, electric vehicle (EV) chargers were installed in each property, supporting the growing demand for green transportation solutions and future-proofing the homes for the adoption of electric vehicles.
